The Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers has started working on the upcoming 2024-2028 Strategic Plan!
A Strategic Plan provides Council and Staff guidance to make decisions and accomplish established goals for our communities.
The Strategic Plan Process takes time to ensure that all considerations are being examined! Process steps include Preparation, Vision and Mission Development, Information Collection and Analysis, Goal Development and Action Planning and lastly Implementation and Monitoring.
